I have had a similar problem I have had trouble installing a vista upgrade and had to reformat my computer a few times and each time I try and run napster it recognises my machine as a different one even though it is actually the same computer and now cant deactivate a computer. Its no wonder so many people are using p2p to get music they make it so difficult to get music legally! I agree napster is a total pain!
