I just got back from spending a week on the beach in San Diego and even though the cabin I stayed in didn't have a phone or cabel I still had internet access thanks to my phone. http://www.sprint.com/business/products/phones/ppc6700_allPcsPhones.html The phone interface itself is acceptible for finding directions or checking your mail but what I loved the best was that I was able to hook it up to my laptop via a USB and use it as a modem for near broadband speed browsing. I tried playing some youtube.com videos which was a bit painfull but everything else was acceptable. You can also connect to it via bluetooth or IR but what's nice about using USB is that you're laptop will re-charge the phone while you're browsing the web. I don't know what I did without it. My only wish now is for a faster connection, better coverage data wise (get off I-5 and you're screwed), and a better camera.
