It is terrible what is happening, and I am asking how much case, like this one, the US will need to act on the weapon industry. My friends currently at Virginia Tech weren't directly affected to my knowledge, but I just don't even know how to wrap my brain around the fact that people capable of such acts share 99.9% of my DNA makeup.
